Hi, I’m Terry Folawn, Chief Visionary Officer and co-founder of Folawns Medical Spa & Salon. After earning my cosmetology degree on the East Coast, I married my husband Ken in 1992, and together we combined my passion for beauty with his financial expertise to open Folawns in Texas in 1994. Over the years, we’ve expanded multiple times and proudly introduced our Rogers Ranch location in 2017, where Folawns Medical Spa & Salon was born. Our mission has always been to create a company rooted in trust—for our staff, guests, and patients alike.
Building this business with Ken has been a dream, and it became even more special when our daughter Hailee joined the team in 2015. After more than 30 years in the industry, I’m still as passionate as ever about serving the San Antonio community and excited for the future of Folawns.

Hi, I’m Ken Folawn, Chief Financial Officer and co-founder of Folawns Medical Spa & Salon. Originally from the West Coast, I moved to Texas, where I met and married my wife, Terry, in 1992. With her expertise in cosmetology and my background in finance, we opened the doors to Folawns in 1994, blending our strengths to build a business rooted in passion and trust.
For more than 30 years, I’ve focused on ensuring the financial growth and stability of our company, always keeping our mission to serve staff, guests, and patients at the core of what we do.
It’s been an incredible journey to work alongside Terry and watch our daughter Hailee join the team in 2015, and I’m excited for what the future holds as we continue to serve the San Antonio community for generations to come.

I first joined the Folawns team back in high school, and now, 10 years later, I’m still as passionate as ever about what we do. After graduating from Texas Tech University in 2019 with a degree in Business Management with a focus in Hospitality and Marketing, I knew I wanted to continue contributing to our family business. I’m so grateful to work with such an amazing team every day, and I can’t wait to keep growing and sharing this journey with all of you!
